Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to TriLuck, including accounts, Golden Ticket draws, deposits, platform balances, messages and withdrawals.
Please read these terms before using TriLuck. Prize-based promotions may be regulated differently where you live. You may use the service only where participation is lawful, and mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
1. Acceptance and scope
By creating an account, buying or receiving a ticket, funding a balance, requesting a withdrawal or otherwise using TriLuck, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TriLuck may provide additional draw-specific rules. Those displayed rules form part of these Terms for that draw. If they conflict, mandatory law prevails, followed by the draw-specific rules and then these general Terms.
2. Eligibility and local law
- You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age required where you live.
- You must not participate from a location where prize draws, crypto payments or the service are prohibited.
- You are responsible for taxes, reporting and legal restrictions that apply to you.
- Availability of the website does not mean participation is lawful in every jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate, current information and maintain only one account unless TriLuck authorizes otherwise.
- Keep your credentials private and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Your registered USDT BEP20 payout address is currently fixed and must belong to you or be under your control.
- You are responsible for checking that the address supports USDT on BNB Smart Chain.
4. Draws and ticket allocation
Each draw has an advertised prize, ticket price, ticket supply, status and any additional conditions shown on its page. A ticket may cost zero for a promotional draw or a positive amount for a paid draw.
The server assigns one hidden Golden Ticket number when the draw is created and allocates available ticket numbers when a purchase is confirmed. The reveal animation only displays the server result; it does not select or alter the winning number.
When the Golden Ticket is allocated, the result is recorded and the draw may close immediately. Attempts to manipulate allocation, automate purchases, exploit concurrency or interfere with a draw are prohibited.
5. Purchases and platform balance
Your TriLuck balance is an internal accounting balance, not a bank account, deposit account or user-controlled crypto wallet. Ticket charges are deducted only after the server accepts the purchase and allocates the corresponding ticket records.
You must review price, quantity and draw status before confirming. A completed ticket allocation is generally final except where required by law or where TriLuck confirms a technical error.
6. Crypto deposits
Deposits use a hosted checkout operated by NOWPayments. Minimum amounts, supported assets, network fees, exchange rates and confirmation times may be set by that provider and the blockchain network.
Send only the requested asset over the specified network and verify every address. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. A platform balance is credited only after the backend validates the payment notification or status.
7. Prizes and Golden Ticket credits
When your account receives the Golden Ticket, the configured prize value is recorded and credited to your platform balance, subject to validation for fraud, duplication, technical errors and eligibility.
Visual effects, images and descriptions support presentation. The prize title, value and conditions stored for the draw and confirmed by TriLuck govern the award.
8. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are manually reviewed and, if approved, sent as USDT BEP20 to the fixed payout address registered on your account. Only one unresolved withdrawal request may be active at a time.
TriLuck may request reasonable verification, reject an invalid or suspicious request, deduct disclosed network costs where lawful, or delay processing for security and compliance review. An approval message does not override the immutable destination address shown in the request.
9. Fair use and restrictions
- Do not use bots, scripts, duplicate accounts or false identity details.
- Do not probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, rate limits, ticket allocation or payment verification.
- Do not use TriLuck for unlawful funds, fraud, sanctions evasion or abuse of another person.
- Inbox messages must be lawful, relevant and free of threats, spam or sensitive secrets.
10. Suspension, correction and cancellation
TriLuck may restrict an account or transaction when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, correct a material technical error, comply with law or preserve platform integrity. Restricted users may retain access to notices and support where appropriate.
If a draw cannot be completed as described, TriLuck may pause, correct or cancel it and determine an appropriate remedy, including restoring affected ticket charges, subject to applicable law.
11. Availability and responsibility
TriLuck is provided on an as-available basis. Internet, hosting, database, payment-provider and blockchain services can fail or be delayed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriLuck is not responsible for losses caused by your incorrect wallet address, wrong blockchain network, exposed credentials, unsupported third-party service or unlawful participation.
12. Changes, disputes and contact
TriLuck may update these Terms when the service, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an account notice.
Contact support first so the parties can try to resolve a concern informally. Governing law, venue and mandatory dispute rights depend on the operator's and user's applicable jurisdiction; mandatory local protections are not waived.
